Why should you complete the ICE app?
This app puts your emergency health information on the lock screen of your phone so EMTs, police, or the fire department can access your info as quickly as possible. We never like to think about having an accident, falling, or having a health issue like diabetes but always be prepared by completing your ICE information.
Include:
- Name, address, and phone number
- updated medical information (medical conditions, prescriptions, allergies)
- emergency contacts
- blood type (if known, if not ask your doctor)
- medical insurance information
