If you enjoy your experience with Nationalhcs, we invite you to recommend qualified colleagues. As a thank-you for helping us continue to build a dependable, high-quality clinical team, eligible healthcare professionals may receive a referral bonus.
Referral Bonus Amounts
*Eligible Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) may earn the following referral incentives:
$500 — CNA and similar disciplines (e.g., Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist)
$1,000 — LPN, RN, and similar disciplines (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy)
$2,000 — Advanced practice and specialty disciplines (e.g., NP, PA, LCSW, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Physician)
Referral bonus amounts are subject to current program terms and may be adjusted based on business needs.(Updated 02-01-26).
How to Submit a Referral
- Refer a qualified external candidate who has not previously worked for National Health Care Solutions, LLC -OR- Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC using the form below.
- When your referred candidate applies for a position with Nationalhcs, the candidate MUST list YOUR information on the “Referred by Acknowledgement” form they receive as part of their hire documents.
- The referred individual must be hired into a designated open position.
- Your Talent Acquisition Specialist is happy to assist with submitting referral information or answering eligibility questions.
When Is the Bonus Paid?
The referral bonus will be paid AFTER the referred HCP works 390 hours and will be added to your next paycheck. However, this offer is void if the Referred HCP does not complete 390 hours within a four (4) month period -OR- if the Referred HCP does not work for a period of sixty (60) days before the completion of 390 hours.
Program Requirements
The referred healthcare professional must complete 390 hours within four (4) months of the assignment start date.
The bonus is not payable if the referred individual does not work for a period of 60 consecutive days before completing the required hours.
Individuals who have previously worked for National Health Care Solutions, LLC, or Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC, are not eligible under this referral program.

*The Referral Program is available to Nationalhcs healthcare professionals who are in active status at the time the referral is submitted and when payment eligibility is reached.
