Nationalhcs is seeking a Business Development Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate will actively research potential healthcare clients and pursue new business relationships (e.g., networking, sourcing, outbound calling, client visits, trade shows, conferences, leveraging existing relationships). This position will obtain client requirements and prepare business development strategies tailored to the targeted client. The Business Development Associate is responsible for revenue generation through new business development activities in healthcare staffing and is accountable for meeting and/or exceeding growth and profit targets. This position may involve travel to develop and maintain new and current client relationships. This position will perform the duties of Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in the search, vetting, and onboarding process for new and existing client needs. This position understands HIPPA and Nationalhcs confidentiality requirements.
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for bringing in new business, managing existing accounts, and recruiting on all open healthcare professional roles. The Business Development Associate functions include, but are not limited to:

4-year Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years documented healthcare staffing sales experience required
