Talent Acquisition Specialist – PT Remote – Raleigh, NC area

Job Summary

Nationalhcs has immediate positions available for part-time, remote Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS), preferably with a healthcare recruiting background. Great pay, benefits, and commissions.

Job Summary: This position will seek and qualify healthcare staff to fill temporary job openings within a facility, provide and submit candidate profiles meeting specific skillsets, criteria, and checklists, will upload onboarding documents to Nationalhcs software and will act as a liaison between clients and candidates until onboarding is complete. A company laptop will be provided.

 

Specifics

  • MUST LIVE WITHIN 100 MILES OF OUR OFFICE.
  • THIS POSITION MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN OUR OFFICE FOR A 2-WEEK PERIOD IN RALEIGH, NC, AS WELL AS COME INTO THE OFFICE OCCASIONALLY
  • Work remotely
  • Minimum 20 hours per week expected
  • May include night/weekend work to reach candidates and complete paperwork

Description of Work

Talent Acquisition Specialist’s functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor career sites as needed (e.g., The NC Nurse’s Association, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Glass Door, Indeed, Nationalhcs website, social media, print ads).
  • Seek and qualify HCPs to fill temporary job openings within a client facility and provide accurate and detailed information about job openings to applicants.
  • Acquire HCPs and process application paperwork (e.g., reference check, criminal background check, education verification, drug screen, immunizations, license compliance/verification), and assure the accuracy of candidate profiles prior to submission to clients.
  • Conduct telephone screens to assure all applicants meet client requirements and experience levels, and there are no conflicts of interest.
  • Submit complete and accurate candidate profiles to client facilities for follow-up and potential interview, making sure all candidate profiles are accurate and meet all specific skill sets, criteria, and checklists, predetermined by the client.
  • Maintain contact with all applicants and potential candidates to provide updates and client feedback until the point of orientation or rejection.
  • Act as liaison between clients and HCP candidates until onboarding is complete.
  • Utilize Nationalhcs supported software to maintain the candidate database and accurate records of prospects to assure the efficiency of the selection process.
  • Input/Output/Confirm data using Nationalhcs Database (e.g., HCP information, on-boarding documentation, scheduling, client information).
  • Prepare activity/results in excel spreadsheet.
  • Prepare activity/results for team meetings.
  • Will use: Microsoft SharePoint, AdobeSign, and other healthcare-specific software and websites.

Requirements

  • Education: College Degree preferred
  • Experience: Three years, full-time Talent Acquisition/Recruiter experience, Healthcare industry preferred
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and other company requirements.
