The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resources professional who seeks and qualifies healthcare staff to fill temporary job openings within a client facility. This position will provide and submit complete and accurate candidate profiles meeting specific skillsets, criteria, and checklists predetermined by client facilities. This position will act as a liaison between client and candidates until on-boarding is complete.
Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for coordination with the Assistant Director of Operations for all HCP acquisition activity and functions including daily monitoring of job boards, phone/in-person candidate interviews, and any external marketing activities. This position discusses temporary and long-term staffing needs with the Assistant Director of Operations and with appropriate client contacts to adequately prepare and fulfill client staffing needs. Talent Acquisition Specialist’s functions include, but are not limited to:
