Move over coffee…

You are working the night shift and feel low on energy. Before you head for your third cup of coffee, consider one of these energy snacks to get you through your shift.

  • Nuts/Seeds

Nuts are not only a healthy mix of unsaturated fats, but are also good for your heart. Greek yogurt contains probiotics to aid in digestive health, has twice the protein of regular yogurt, and leave you feeling full longer. To make it even more powerful add mixed notes, berries, or avocado to get an even bigger impact.
