Privacy Policy

Nationalhcs recognizes the importance of personal privacy and has created this policy to explain why we collect information and how we will protect your data within our website and any other website provided by us. After reviewing this privacy statement, if you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Effective Date

This website’s Privacy Policy was reviewed and updated effective January 1, 2023.

Information Collection and Use

Nationalhcs is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We collect information from our users at several different points on our website.

Registration and Personally Identifiable Information

To access certain areas of this website or to receive information, a user must first complete a website access form. Depending upon the kind of access needed, a user may be required to give personally identifiable information, including some or all the following, but is not limited to: name, address, email address, social security number, and/or telephone number. This information may be used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Personally Identifiable Information

We may request the personally identifiable information identified above from users on company forms. This information is used for contact purposes and to fill clients’ orders. If we have trouble processing a form, personally identifiable information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is not linked to any personally identifiable information on our site unless the user is authenticated with the site to assess a secured area. Cookies may persist even after the browser is closed if a user wishes to remove the cookie information, they may do so by deleting the cookie from their device. Doing so, though, will revoke any secure access granted until the user re-authenticates and retrieves another cookie. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in with a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. However, the user will be limited in some areas of our site.

Links

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Nationalhcs is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read each website’s privacy statements that collect personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Nationalhcs website.

Tell-A-Friend

If a user elects to use our referral program form to inform a friend, family member, or coworker about our website, we ask them for the friend’s name, phone number, email address, and discipline. Nationalhcs will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to visit the website and letting them know you have referred them. We store this information for the sole purpose of contacting the referred person. Click here to apply online.

Security

This website takes every precaution to protect users’ information. This site may allow an unsecured connection to the public website for accessibility, but secured connections are available where they are not required. If you wish to be on a secured connection, please change your URL to start with “https://” (SSL-TLS) instead of “http://”. When users are asked for personally identifiable information, that information is encrypted using SSL-TLS (Secure Socket Layer or, more correctly, Transport Layer Security). To learn more about SSL, follow this link. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment behind a firewall. If you have any questions about the security of our website, please contact us.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as an address), or if a user no longer desires to be a user, please send a request to remove your information from our database using our contact form. The user should allow five (5) business days to complete this request.

Image Rights

We try to ask for permission to use images or purchase the appropriate rights. That said, sometimes we mess up. If you notice that we have used an image that is not attributed correctly, please contact us, and we will fix it as soon as we can.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

Using this site, you signify your consent to the Nationalhcs privacy policy and the terms of use. Please refrain from using our site if you disagree with this policy and terms. Your use, and continued use, of the Nationalhcs site, will mean you agree with this policy and accept these terms. It is the user’s responsibility to read this privacy policy and note any changes or updates.
