Work Bio
Laura Fisher is the Interim Director of Operations (IDOO) for National Health Care Solutions, LLC (Nationalhcs). She provides ongoing support to management in all aspects of regarding daily operations (e.g., scheduling, onboarding, HR) and with the recruitment of HCPs. Laura works directly under the Vice President (VP) and works closely with the Assistant Director of Operations (ADOO) in all daily activities. She is familiar with all office departmental functions and knows how all pieces fit together to allow the office and staff to operate smoothly. Laura performs a wide array of tasks that can change daily, which provides vital links between HCPs, clients, and staff. She also serves as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the TAS as well as working with all aspects of recruiting, vetting, and onboarding.
