Linda joined National Health Care Solutions, LLC (Nationalhcs) in 2012 as Director of Regulatory Compliance and currently serves as company Vice President. Previously, she was a private business owner and brings valuable knowledge to Nationalhcs. Linda is originally from Durham, NC and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained her degree in Business Administration. Linda works closely with the CEO and CFO to brainstorm for the growth of the company. She oversees the daily office activities through the Director of Operations (DOO). She has implemented a project management system for all areas of the company to ensure organization, timely response, and thorough communication are a priority. Linda has a working knowledge of the entire business operations. Her expertise of The Joint Commission (TJC) enabled Nationalhcs to become TJC accredited in 2017 (as well as PNS in 2013) in healthcare staffing services, and she continues to mentor our staff in compliance regulations. Linda oversees our marketing and business development departments, prepares RFP and contract submittals, maintains our social media and TeamBuilding, manages our internal forms, documents, manuals, SOPs, and website, as well as conducts in-house administrative staff training.
